February 6, 2006 Brayton Knolls Board meeting Minutes I. 6:34 pm. Meeting called to order II. Secretary Reading of previous meetings minutes III. Treasurers Report A) Breakdown of disbursement of funds for 2005 B) Dues received for 2005 C) Payment of insurance for 2006 IV. Vote by Board Members to have Attorney draw up letter for members with delinquent dues. V. Open floor for discussion A) Sign Committee will meet Feb. 20th, 7:00pm at Clark home B) Garage Sale Committee will meet Feb. 17th, 7:00pm. At McQueeny home C) Discussion to have any homeowners that would like to come up with a design or ideas for cost effective signs for the entrance ways to please submit them to our website or call Lisa at 568-6012 D) We will consider any and all designs.
