Board Functions A. 5:47 p.m. President Calls meeting to order B. 15 minute open discussion on any of the topics to be discussed on the agenda 11. New Business A. President presents bids for landscaping (mowing of common areas). Board votes and chooses, Espinoza Landscaping, with a bid of $ 95 a week. B. Budget is presented by treasurer. This, displaying what the board has spent to date and a prediction of what is anticipated to be spent for the remainder of the year. C. Based on the anticipation of the budget, association dues were voted on. This vote resulted in a unanimous decision to maintain dues of $150 to be paid on or before Jan. 1, 2006. Late charges will be imposed on any homeowner as $10 per month not to exceed $50. 111. Meeting adjourned
